Our platform offers your company a place to post liquidation auctions after the sale, providing you with not only an easier way to get the house empty, but also a way to maximize profits for you and your clients. No shipping. The winning bidders will be local to you, so they can come directly to the specified location to pack up and transport the items themselves.

HOW DOES THIS WORK?

Once you sign up, we will give you a Welcome Packet that includes:

​

  • Two signs (one for the front door of your sale and one at the register)

  • A stack of info cards and an acrylic stand to hand out to customers

  • A "What To Expect After the Sale" handout to give to clients

  • A step-by-step guide how to photograph and upload your lots specifically for this platform

  • A social media image to promote your After Auction sale (for platform/s of your choosing)

You will receive in-person training.

​

Your team (or ours) will photograph the lots and upload to the app.

​

Only local pickup. No shipping. A pick-up day and time is scheduled and promoted with the sale. 

​

We will manage the auction itself and answer any technical questions customers may have. Questions by customers about lots will be forwarded to you to answer.

 

Customers bid in $5 increments (you can also adjust). Auctions end in a staggered fashion with 30 seconds between lots. Winning bidders will receive invoices and must pay before they pick up their items.

 

Depending on your choice, your team or ours will manage the pickup day. Customers need to take everything shown in the lot, whether they want all of it or not.

The After Auction is completed, you have an empty space, and lots of extra profit!
